Safari on iPhone
Launch 'Settings' from your Home screen.
Scroll down and Tap 'Safari'.
Scroll down to the 'Settings for Websites' section
Tap the switch next to 'Camera' and ensure 'Ask' or 'Allow' is ticked.
Go back and tap 'Microphone' and repeat as per 'Camera'
Chrome on Samsung
Tap 'Settings' by swiping down from the top and click the cog icon
Tap 'Apps'
Scroll down to 'Chrome' and tap
Scroll down to 'Permissions' (under 'App settings')
Turn the switch to on for 'Camera' and 'Microphone'
Go back to the Home screen
Open Chrome and tap the menu at the top right (the three dots).
Choose Settings.
Scroll down to the Advanced section.
Tap 'Site settings'.
Select the Camera and ensure switch is on
Go back, select 'Microphone' and ensure switch is on
Firefox on Samsung
Tap 'Settings' by swiping down from the top and click the cog icon
Tap 'Apps'
Scroll down to 'Chrome' and tap
Scroll down to 'Permissions' (under 'App settings')
Turn the switch to on for 'Camera' and 'Microphone'
Note: the video defaults to the back-facing camera, ensure you choose the front-facing camera from the dropdown.
