Blinder only records calls if you tell it to. You can set all your calls to record automatically in your preferences menu. Otherwise, you will have to turn the setting on for each call.
By turning the record toggle on, all your calls will be recorded. This can be changed on a call-by-call basis when you are scheduling a call.
