We have introduced a test phone line that allows Blinder users to schedule a call for themselves to experience the Blinder phone call from the caller's end. The recipient of the call is our new virtual BlinderBot entity which is capable of having a short conversation about the weather.
This feature is also suitable for onboarding any new media partners who are hesitant of using Blinder in a live environment for the first time.
New users will have the ability to schedule a test call instantly from the Dashboard.
If you have used Blinder already and there are some calls on your dashboard you can find the Schedule a test call functionality in a new panel on the top of the 'Schedule a phone call' screen. Click the row to expand it.
I am the caller - This schedules a test phone call to simulate the Blinder experience with you as the caller. The system will automatically enter your contact information (which you can change) and the call will be set for 'now'
Media is the caller - This schedule a test phone with you and the media. Your details will be automatically added. You can then enter the media's details and the time you want the call to happen.
