Phone calls and video calls can be transcribed at the press of a button. Once your audio or video files are available in your library, you can request a transcription file.
Phone calls
For phone call transcription, click on the 'TXT' icon. This only takes a few minutes (e.g. a 10-minute interview takes 2-3 minutes to transcribe).
When you hover over it the button it will say 'Request transcription'.
While it is processing it will have a flashing blue circle around the icon.
The recordings table will automatically refresh when the transcription is ready and the blue clock icon will disappear meaning that you can download your transcription file.
Video calls
In your library, click on the 'File Request' dropdown on the 'All Participants' row and choose 'Transcript'
Underneath the 'All participants' file, a new row will appear with a box telling you what time your transcript will be ready.
Once the transcript is ready, a 'Download' box will appear.
