Open Blinder in Safari - https://app.blinderhq.com
Once it's open go to the bottom of your screen and click the rectangle with the up arrow.
This will open up a screen, scroll until you find 'Add to Home Screen', tap on this.
Another screen will appear which allows you to change the name (this name is what you will see under the icon once added).
Tap the blue 'Add' in the top right of the screen.
An icon will be added to your screen (you may have to move through your phone screens to find it).

Android - Chrome Browser
Open Blinder in Chrome - https://app.blinderhq.com
In the top right-hand corner, there will be 3 dots. Tap this icon and then tap 'Add to home screen'.
Enter a name for the shortcut and click 'Add'.
You may be asked to confirm adding the icon to your home screen again.
